There is no app to download, and that is deliberate
This site is built to work on a phone: the board, the calculator and every currency page load fast on a mobile connection and read correctly in Hebrew, Arabic and English. Adding an app would mean another thing to install, another thing to update, and another place a rate could disagree with the counter.
