Three ways to exchange with us. All three end the same way: you count the cash with us before you leave.
Walk in
Come to the counter and tell us the currency and the amount. We quote the rate out loud, you agree, and we count the cash twice in front of you, both directions. You get a printed receipt.
Reserve online, collect in the shop
See the rate on this site, reserve it, and bring cash when you collect. Your rate is held for 30 minutes. You need an account and approved ID for this.
Order a currency we do not stock
For less common currencies we take a 20% deposit and source the notes for you. The rate is set when the currency arrives, and we call you to collect.
Why we ask for your ID
We are required to identify customers above a legal threshold. A member of our staff checks every document by hand, usually the same working day. Nothing is approved automatically.
Upload your ID, we review it, you get an email either way. If something is unclear we ask for one more photo rather than rejecting you.
